Then again it is a Tropical Storm warning. I don't think having a dome/roof would matter much about if you can't be safe.

It was more a commentary on rain postponements in general than this specific situation, but yes, obviously safety first. The league is also hellbent on scheduling the playoffs to start as soon as humanly possible every year which puts them and the teams in dumb situations like this often.

Yeah, this is more on Manfred than it is on the individual teams. MLB has known this was a possible scenario almost a week ago and did absolutely nothing.
