I think thats what they were conveying here. They mentioned previously that valid complaints might be dismissed simply because the game is currently under attack by the "anti-woke" crowd and therefor any complaints are seen as just bigots attacking them game even if said complaints are valid and unrelated to the 'anti-woke' whiners.

And for sure I've seen this with TV shows, but I don't follow much game stuff and it doesn't blow up enough on twitter to hit my feed most times lol.

That was literally my entire point, valid critique being drowned out under a sea of "OMG DEI BAD!!!", and Devs and the "Woke" gamers lumping ANYONE who doesn't 100% fawn over a game all in the same group.

The guy saying "Man, I feel like these colors are way too bright and garish for the setting you're trying to portray here" are lumped into the same group as the guy saying "Man all these pronouns are killing the game, it would have been amazing if not for that!"
