I’m in act 2. Still having fun. Just got the blue mage party member and just been running around farming up feet before I move on with the story. I’m enjoying dipping my toes into areas that are WAY overleveled for me and getting fucking rocked. Oh there is a giant Nevron in the ocean lemme go poke it. Fucking washed me lmao

I’m starting to get a little overwhelmed with the amount of dead expeditioners around. Like, at the start it did a good job of evoking a sense of foreboding but now there’s like hundreds of thousands of em everywhere and I’m like come on bruh lol, now it’s just comical. I’m sure it’s an artistic choice by those silly frogs.

The fact that I had to do minigames for the gals swimsuits and they aren’t total Japanese fan service bikinis did irritate me a little. I’m too spoiled by SE giving me massive Tifa titties. Alas. We continue.

Did the Maelle ending 1st even I was siding with Verso, and yup was horrible in my eyes. Verso's ending was bitter sweet but I enjoyed it slightly more.

Fucking christ though the entire game and ending really hits home, after losing my dad suddenly at 25 and just jumping into WoW and spending every last waking minute in it and suffering in school, relationships and everything else...hit a little close to home there vidya game!

I think my wanderlust and taking on optional bosses I shouldn't be fighting has left me quite overleveled for where I am supposed to be in the story. Just did two major story bosses in act 2 and they had very grand set pieces and set ups and cutscenes and I absolutely steamrolled them. Got the achievement for killing a boss without taking damage. For reference, I am now level 50 in Act 2 and just

Been having fun banging my head against the Chromatic bosses. This game really feels like FF10 meets Elden Ring.

Yeah you're a bit overleveled but the game now has the option to increase enemy HP if you want to prolong and see full boss fights

Finished act 2 and started act 3 proper with the full map open but had to call it a night before I can really explore much.

Gotta say the ending of act 1 didn’t really throw me for a loop too much because I already had that prediction ahead of time. But the ending of act 2/start of act 3 is some WILD shit. Now we’re cookin fam
