Full-time employment jumps around a little, but it's higher than pre-pandemic. /shrug

Part time employment is also above pre-pandemic. You'd expect PT to rise more than FT when we're pushing the limits of the prime age Labor Force Participation Rate - most of the people not working are not working because of other responsibilities - that don't disappear just because they pick up some work on the side.

I don't know exactly why FT employment is lower than last year though, economy could be a bit weaker, could be retirees > young people entering the workforce

The scope is incredibly wide, I know at big companies PMs are often focused on narrow areas but at this ~50 employee company I'm doing market research, new protect demand testing, data analytics, customer interviews, etc etc

And I've never touched any of this software before, I feel like a wild animal with my first taste of civilization.

LHH did mine after I was laid off. Gave me a redone resume and another copy with notes to understand their thinking. Came out pretty solid.
