Dakota Joshua was found to have testicular cancer. Lucky it was cought early, and has had his stuff removed. He should have a full recovery. But will be out for awhile.

From a personal perspective, thank goodness it sounds like it was caught quickly and best wishes to him.

From a Canucks fan perspective ... CRAP !!! The amount of players with an injured/affected start to the season is really starting to mount up.

Rodgers is buying out Bell's portion of MLSE for 3.5 billion US. Rodgers will now own 75% of MLSE.

As part of the sale, Bell has secured access to content rights for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors on TSN for the next 20 years through a long-term agreement with Rogers, also subject to league approvals. TSN will continue to broadcast Toronto Argonauts and Toronto FC games through independent agreements with the respective leagues.

Well, they've reached an agreement to buy the land for the arena, lol. They still have no actual plan for building it, nor a price, and they will need Ottawa, Ontario, and the Feds to all pay for it. So that'll be fun.
