Tennessee's former QB, Nico, signed with UCLA. Turns out he has a brother who was signed with Arkansas and had a one year contract for $500k. He has also decided to split for UCLA after having not played a down. Thing is with him, the contract he signed requires him to pay back half of the NIL money if he leaves with more than six months remaining (he had 8). So Arkansas plans to sue.
Apparently there is a growing movement among players entering the portal after collecting a NIL contract without actually playing and schools are slowly catching up to add language requiring repayment should players reneg on deals.
