I've really not been impressed with the new minigame stuff, just feels so bad for the most part. That being said, I think the bridge building, combat soccer, and tornado have been the better of the bunch that I've tried. The others just have seen so unintuitive or slow.

For those who haven't done it yet, just a heads up that the new Archon Quest has a few parts that will lock you in to doing it for awhile. So don't start it unless you have plenty of time to spend.

Wonderland is interesting, but some of the games are very hit or miss depending on your team. And then there's the games that have commands that just don't work at all on controller. Tornado game is my favorite so far.

Who is everyone picking for their free constellation since this is the first week to unlock it? I'm still going for Shenhe C1.

Shenhe C1 is one of the better C1s, that's a good pick. I'm doing Yae C5 because it means C6 will be that much closer

I'm going Yae Miko because I heard getting her to C2 (will be C1 once i pick up this freebie const) + Furina and maybe some other char I can have like AFK gameplay lol

Yae C2 for me first. Haven't decided who I'll go for next. Maybe Shenhe C1, maybe Nilou C1 but I don't have the Key so it feels like a bit of a waste to invest in her with Columbina on the horizon.

as a Yae C4-haver, she is definitely very chill. I do yae/shield/dendro/buffer with my specific team being yae/baizhu/nahida/c6 sara lately. zhongli is also good instead of baizhu if you want more comfort. basically just keep shield/buff up, keep dendro applied, and keep totems on field for yae. you never even really attack the mobs directly aside from scanning them with nahida, it's super lazy and fun

I decided to go for nefer's weapon because both weapons on this banner are super solid so even losing the 50/50 would be a win. ended up getting nefer's when the 5* came down so I'm quite happy with that. she is doing insane damage. baizhu/aino/lauma/nefer is a solid team and really fun to play with

Finally finished up Nod-Krai. Loved the music and story but I'm not liking the puzzles or random weird environment/story BS go stuff that keeps getting added. Used to be just hilchurls, slimes, treasure hunters, giant robots and a dash of mystery, and they just keep adding more and more weird stuff that doesn't really jive with the areas or main story.

Most of Hoyo's games peak during their 2.X era and it just goes downhill from there. At least they're adding fanservice material if you're into this.

My only real complaint with Nod Krai is with the controller sensitivity with Kuuvahki rail riding.

I didn't really feel like anything felt out of place with the region/areas. I can understand complaints of the story being very long at parts though.

On a scale of 1 to Inazuma how bad is Nord Krai?

It's my favourite plot region so far by a wide margin. I'm sure some of the exploration puzzles are divisive, I don't mind them though.

Oh, the main story is great; it's just the weird world quests about stuff that doesn't matter and looks to be there just to fill time.

Also, I got picked to test their Hoyo App AI thing. Apparently, the current character is Katheryne Coser, and the "conversation" went:

I asked her if she caught the Hatsune Miku with Beasty Boy's concert last night.
It said it didn't know that was a thing, it missed out on something epic, and wondered if they actually performed together.
I said the red rum rookie made a lioness appearance when the song peeked on Mt Everrest.
It was confused and intrigued, wonders if it's a real lion or some kind of visual effect and didn't know how Mt Everest fit into this, but wanted more details.

That's understandable. I didn't mind the side quest stuff too much.

I pulled for Jahoda (I know lol) with the intent of stopping once I hit a 5*. Every 4* I pulled was either Faruzan (already C6) or a weapon. Ended up getting Dehya (now C5). I got greedy and kept pulling. On my 2nd 10-pull, I got Durin and Jahoda back to back. Happy for an early "win", I guess. lol Still have ~145 wishes left for Columbina and will likely skip ZiBai.

I did one 10 pull each on Durin and for Venti's bow just to be cheeky, but didn't get anything. I think I'm gonna skip Durin and just save for Columbina and Zi Bai. Whether or not I get Zi Bai will depend on how good she ends up being but I really like her design.

70k crystals and some 45ish primo star things....ya, been saving up since Nod Krai had a really bizarre starting 5* roster and Columbina looks to turn a team into a lunar reaction team, so pretty budget friendly there.

I somehow got lucky and snagged Durin on the first pull.

No luck on his weapon though.

Got around to doing the new Archon Quests this weekend. Really enjoying the story so far.

Seeing Sandrone act tough during the festival only to break when Columbina tells her how much she cares about her is probably my favorite part.

And Dottore is a fucking dead man. As much as I want to be the one to murder him, I would rather see Arlecchino and Sandrone do it. We already know Arlecchino is pissed and I don't think we've seen Sandrone's reaction yet.

Was extremely lucky and able to upgrade my Veresa with 2 constellations and weapon, and holy cow, the damage output is insane.
