Genshin Impact - Capitano Waiting Room

I'm missing so many of the characters that are eligible for the free constellation so I don't know what's going to happen to me after I get the next few since they don't seem to allow repeats. The story for the archon quest was fine, but the presentation of it just felt off, just couldn't sit through that many hours of cutscenes without wanting to log in to something else (ok, Fallout 76) to actually...play a game. They really need breakpoints in a story that long and dense, never really felt like I could find a good spot to stop for the night without fearing losing progress and having to repeat a long cutscene. The Illuga quest and other releated quests were quite good though. The exploration was fine, just feels like it lags behind other games still. The updated treasure compass still the MVP.

There's only 2 more free constellations until the anniversary which *should* reset it along with giving us another free 5*, so hopefully you'll be okay (I don't know who you have).

I can understand your points on the archon quest since it is very dialogue heavy. And they absolutely need to make it clear when you reach a checkpoint and can safely take a break and log off without fear of losing progress. I haven't done the Illuga quest yet (will do this weekend), but good to hear that it will be good.

So, I goofed and haven't been doing Columbina's weekly quests. Just finished the first chapter and...ya, comments don't really match up with the story anymore. I had thought it would be one chapter per Archon quest or something but, oh well.

I will say, for people who haven't finished the Archon quest yet, I did it in 3 sittings and just quit and random points each time, and never had to redo any part of it. I think basically any time you don't have a trial character in your team, you're fine to quit out of the AQ and resume it later.

Ending up sticking with Shenhe C1 for my free constellation choice this time. Next I will probably get Nilou C1, and then my final one will probably be Ayaka C1 unless they change/refresh the selections before then.

Illuga is a really cool design for a 4*, but I don't think I'm going to be able to get him/Zibai right now. Maybe on a rerun. I'd be tempted to burn my top-up bonuses honestly but I've had to sink so much money into my car over the last 5 weeks that even though I could afford it, it just feels irresponsible to top up right now haha.

picked up Columbina which was lucky. holding for Nicole now, I think. does Vargas seem too twunky for anyone else or is that just me? I wanted a grizzled commander, something at LEAST more along the lines of Wriothesley - instead we got a young blonde hottie. Eh... not for me, thanks.

I think Varka looks pretty good, in my mind's eye he did look a bit older than he does in-game though. Seems like there's also a possibility he's going to be the new Standard addition because his beta numbers are looking... not so good, lol. Which is a shame because his animations are pretty great.

Well, lost my 50/50 kinda early going for Ineffa since I got her weapon while going for Columbina's. Hurray for C4 Jane. Now I guess I'll wait for Zibai first impressions and then decide whether to go for Ineffa or Zibai.

I settled on Navia, Xiolen, Columbina and Inneffa for my Lunar team. Once the constructs are up, the cheese starts flowin.

C4 Jean is lowkey great for anemo dps teams... I say lowkey because keeping the enemies in her circle is tough if not using Kazuha or something

Probably when Alice is released. I feel it was to help newer accounts that don't pull too much so that they have the power to go through later chapters of the game. Most accounts that have the depth of several years doesn't see much, if any, incentive over other options.

IDK man, I'm running bina gorou bedo and C6 mona and it's pretty much on-par with current teams. but you are right in that there isn't any reason to do this unless you want to; it's just that now you can use them if you choose

First impressions are out and I'm still torn haha. I'm on my guarantee, I can either get Ineffa or Zibai but definitely not both. I have Ineffa's weapon from losing to it on the way to Columbina's, if I were to get Zibai I'd probably be putting Uraku on her.

My brain says Ineffa but my heart says Zibai. My wallet says definitely not both because my car cost me 4k this month.

I might just get Ineffa with the primos I have left and then go ham on all my unfinished Fontaine/Natlan/Nod Krai exploration to see if I can get lucky with Zibai.

Lunar crystalize is kinda stupid comfortable on the Navia team I posted and has good damage. Zabai will just be even more so.

I tried Klee after the update, but before I unlocked her buffs and she felt much better than before. Haven't really tried any since unlocking all the upgrades.

Just means more time to save and more wishes I can use on Nicole & Sandrone. And potentially the mystery people.

I think Ineffa would be the most useful, but if you really like Zibai, go for her.

My biggest problem with Zibai is that she's highly intertwined with Liyue, but does Lunar reactions specific to Nod Krai, and unless your a lore geek, you've really no idea why. Hell, reading what's there even I don't really understand what Zibai currently "is" within Genshin.

That being said, I'm actually considering C2 Columbina now with Zabai and Xiolen C2 and Ineffa. I don't see a stronger Lunar Reaction team then that. Wish we had some info on Sandrone.

you made me try her out and she is much smoother now. you don't ever have to use her clunky charged attack if you don't want to. running bennet mona venti klee

Went for C2 Columbina but with only 25k crystals left, I'll skip Zibai. Turns out NaviaR1, Xiolen C2, Inneffa, and Columbina C2 does sub 1 minute clears of Abyss 12 on the lunar reaction side.

Just completely Hulk-smashed the Nod-Krai, Natlan, and Fontain weekly mat bosses. Great clear time with zero damage taken; lunar crystal reaction is just plain busted if you have a continuous applier like Navia.
