Gleaming Moon is a different perk than Nascent/Ascendant Gleam. Nascent/Ascendant are effectively an elemental resonance bonus, like Pyro/Hydro/Cryo/Geo/Anemo/Electro resonance. There's a different "Gleaming Moon" effect tied to each of the new Nod Krai artifact sets. Each character with a different set is getting a different "Gleaming Moon" buff, which counts toward the artifact set's effect. To be worded a bit more clearly, it should say something like "for each unique Gleaming Moon effect active in the party."

So in a case like Nefer and Lauma, Lauma is wearing the Silken Moon set, which has one Gleaming Moon effect (Gleaming Moon: Devotion), and Nefer is wearing Night of the Sky's Unveiling, which has a different Gleaming Moon effect (Gleaming Moon: Intent). Since there are two unique Gleaming Moon effects active in your party in this case, both Lauma and Nefer are getting 20% Lunar Reaction damage bonus from that clause on their artifact set bonuses. ("All party members' Lunar Reaction DMG is increased by 10% for each different Gleaming Moon effect that party members have. Effects from Gleaming Moon cannot stack.")

If they ever add another set with another unique Gleaming Moon effect, you could get 30% Lunar Reaction damage bonus provided you had all three artifact sets in one team.

For Linnea, in your case, you're probably going to want her on Aubade, Columbina on Silken Moon, and Zibai on Night of the Sky's Unveiling.

Okay, that makes sense; thank you. Also, I have Navia, not Zibai; probably makes sense to run Linnea on Husk of the Oppulent as she isn't an on-field driver, Columbina uses Silken and Ineffa uses Aubade.

Woops, misread originally. Even still, I would be willing to bet in that team Linnea and Ineffa should both be on Aubade, Columbina on Silken Moon. I think Navia is still better off on her usual set though.

They teased the final 6.X silhouette character, and she looks like she's going to be a Varka support (she has a Mondstadt Anemo vision). Which means aside from potentially Nicole, I'm skipping the rest of the 6.X characters I think. Depending on Nicole leaks I may go for C1 Lauma and even C1 Nefer next patch and then just save for 7.0.

Nicole/Lohen/Prune leaks are out. He's expensive as fuck but I guess if you get Nicole Prune and Varka, along with the new artifact set, he should be doing pretty well.

Also Lohen's kit reads kind of insane. If he really is going into the standard pool that's pretty wild.

I'm gonna snag Lauma's C1 I think because I'm currently on a guarantee, and then probably go for Nicole and then save till 7.0. If Lohen is both sick and Standard, I might consider trying to get his weapon. I think Nicole's generic Attack buff is going to be too good to skip even if I'm not using her with Varka specifically.

Threw some wishes at Linnea's banner. 40 wishes later, 2 Aino constellations (yay) and Mona (C6 now) at 31. So I'm 9 into the guarantee. I like Linnea, but I don't think I like her enough to use a guarantee on her with Nicole in the next major patch and Sandrone after that.

As long as you have Columbina she's beautiful for Lunar Crystalize, which is Mihoyo's second mistake; their first being Bennett. An argument could be made for their third mistake after Columbina/Ineffa wheelchair.

Would you say she's worth pulling if I don't have Zibai (I would likely use Navia + Columbina) and don't really plan to get her for the time being? I still have 200+ wishes, so pulling her wouldn't affect my savings too much for future characters (I'll likely just C0 them).

She's pretty fine for Navia but I would also say unnecessary. Her two strengths IMO are in being kind of Ineffa-ish as a potential wheelchair character with Columbina (although slightly less effective than Ineffa I think) and as a Zibai support (whom she elevates from very good to monstrous).

Also the world quest in this version is insane. I can't believe it's not an Archon quest.

My Navia team with Columbina C2, Inneffa, and Xiolen crushes everything but the highest Stygian Onslaught (only Navia has R1), and swapping Xiolen will just make it better while also letting me use Mauvika team with Navia team if I need it; Shouki no Kami is a pointed hard counter though but I also have 100+ of each of his material so I really don't have to go back to that ever again.

She's worth pulling on the basis that Columbina/Linnea can wheelchair just about any two hydro + geo characters, tbh

So, they kinda wrote themselves into a corner with Aguara and Little One; should have just let Little One come back for the event or just be there if you never finished the Natlan quests. But then, you'd have this un-hatched egg forever if they didn't and you had completed the quests.

I ended up getting Linnea and she's been fun so far. Her damage has also been good, even with mediocre artifacts.

With the Navia team, should I be using Ineffa or just 2x Geo/Hydro?

You'll want just Geo/Hydro, Ineffa will steal Crystalize procs and slow down your Lunar Crystalizes I believe.

Works just fine in Navia team and I don't think its stealing anything since the electro status stays on the enemy and geo just triggers off of that or water if it's up. I picked her up with a 50/50 win and snagged C1 Aiono and Illuga; not that I'd probably use either of them but nice to pick Illuga up as is.
