EDIT: Just got codes, a bit under 24 hours since I ordered. Guess I either enabled the promotions before it processed things or they figured it wasn't worth the customer support nightmare.

She looks good, and the rumors I've seen suggest her exploration ability will literally be flight. We'll have to see how the timing works out for when she runs. I'm getting Xilonen, her weapon, Mavuika (and probably constellations because Archon), her weapon, and I'm still trying to save for Wrio or Shenhe reruns. Plus needing to save for Capitano.

Her exploration is going to have to be pretty stellar because I don't have much interest in another Anemo DPS otherwise.

Also, new web event that rewards an anniversary recipe so go do that if you're a collector. I've got 60K crystals + 23 wishes saved up so here's to C2 Xiolen; hoping she has 4*s I haven't already C6'd.....

I currently have 58k primos + 28 fates + enough starglitter for 200 fates so I'm sitting pretty currently. Not sure if I'm going to try for Xilonen constellations, it might come down to how many wishes it takes me to get her + weapon. I think I'm sitting on a guarantee for the character banner though.

I actually kinda prefer it when the banners are full of 4*s I already have C6 for because it just means I get more wishes back via Starglitter, haha.

Edit: I am not currently guaranteed, completely forgot I got Clorinde, lol. I am 78 into pity though so one 10 pull is going to get me to the 50/50.

I don't think Xilonen's weapon compares to her C2. Aside from Hydro's 45% HP, which is really only useful in Nilou Bloom (which Xilonen can't be in), the rest are just cracked compared to R1 weapon. Geo damage is higher, fire usually wants the attack, especially if you're not using an R5 weapon, 60% crit for ice is bonkers, and I'd put it at par with electro, but maybe even better, so over-all, it seems a loss aside from Neuvillette teams.

Now, if you did C2 and R1....hot fuckin dayum, but that would sacrifice Mavuika.....

I almost always go for the weapon of any 5* I chase, it's just a collection thing I for me. Of the 5*s I have I think the only weapons I don't have are Freedomsworn for Kazuha (but I have an r5 Xiphos Moonlight so I'll probably never intentionally get it), Song of Broken Pines for Eula (but I have Beacon of the Reed Sea), and Furina's sword because I have Festering Desire. I did get both Yoimiya and her bow Thundering Pulse by accident though.

So yeah if I were to get Xilonen's C2 she'd be C2R1. Arguably Chiyori's weapon is a better sword for her for her personal damage, which is kinda funny to me. Not that I have Chiyori to use it on.

decided to go for kinich c2r1, just need to get a good artifact set for him now. even with some jank I scrrounged up he's pretty nuts

I'm still farming Maurechausse for a better timepiece for Wrio but I should really just switch over the the new domain to start farming for Xilonen.

Kinich is cool, but I kept cancelling his skill early by accident during the event that ended the other day which was driving me nuts. I do it with Kachina too. I also skipped Emilie who is basically tailormade for him.

I totalled up all my wishes between primos, starglitter, and fates, and I currently have just shy of 600. That's also without having done any Natlan exploration or over half of Fontaine. What waiting for Cryo reruns does to a motherfucker, I guess.

Unless she's got some crazy exploration-creep or is an insane Cryo support, I'm probably going to skip her. Her character design doesn't really do much for me. I'll probably be skipping Chasca for the same reason. I already have Wrio C1 as my primary Cryo DPS so if she's another DPS I'm not really interested. I think the leaks I've seen have also suggested she's like a 5* Layla which to me is just... nah. Bring back the Catalyst DPSs like Ning.

Layla has respectable off-field cryo application and a shield. If Citlali does some respectable DPS with a similar kit, that's a clear win/upgrade.

If she has really good off-field application then I might consider her for Melt Diluc because the Kaeya setups just suck. That's probably the only way though.

Trying to remember another character that used significantly older boss mats. The only other one I can think of is Dori using Azdaja mats.
