Crazy thing about this versus the Pietreangelo hit is the Pietreangelo hit was clean AF, and Pietreangelo wasn't injured, and the guy still had to fight after the hit. But this hit was dirty AF and injured the Sabres best player and Buffalo didnt do anything over the hit.

I don't totally buy it as sustainable, they basically haven't lost a game where they've scored at least 1 goal in their last 12 games. They're getting excellent goaltending (which in itself is a small miracle given their recent history with goaltenders, lol).

That said, a battle of Ontario in the first round would be amazing, even if I'd really rather not play them as they've owned the Leafs lately. (But who hasn't owned the Leafs in the playoffs lately, I guess.)
