Are the Warriors actually good this year? Saw them steamroll the preseason, which the NFL has conditioned us to not take stock in, then destroyed Portland yesterday to open up.

They should be noticeably better than last year simply due to the addition by subtraction of Klay leaving.

Their roster is quite deep this year, but they also only have the one star on the roster in Steph

Hield sadly is possibly better than Klay at this point then yuh adding Melton + Slowmo along with your youths in Podz and Kuminga popping have Golden State suddenly a very deep team.

no second star and a serious playmaking deficit among most of the scorers tho. team might be best served with Steph as a gravity-distribution hub, more Nash to his game, but also late in the day to change his style / the system. interesting to see going forward.
