The US Marshall service is supposed to mete out the actual enforcement of judicial rulings, they're controlled by the DoJ. So basically there are no rules, do whatever you want as long as you have money. Yes that was the case before but now it's out loud.

So if administration officials are in contempt of court, who arrests them and brings them to the court to face judgment and, if guilty, punishment? Like, the judge doesn't show up at their house with handcuffs, right?

If the answer is anyone in the executive branch, then would they not also be committing a crime if a political directed them not to arrest someone and they did it anyway? If everyone conflicted about their inaction quits, don't we still have the same outcome (no one gets arrested) and in addition all the remaining people are shitheads?

I hope I am wrong and bailiffs are secretly part of the judicial branch and have the power to arrest people and house them until trial, but I don't think that is the case.

It's usually done in the Courtroom by the bailiff and courthouse officers, the judge can order the attorneys to make sure they show. This can both get the attorneys in trouble if the person doesn't show, as well as a bench warrant for the person failing to appear.
