I'm interested to see how much the steel tariffs effect the gun barrel manufacturing company I work for. We source our steel domestically, but there's no reason to believe that prices will stay the same once the increases on the imported stuff settle in. American firearm manufacturing and sale laws require that a certain percentage of each gun sold here (as imported or domestic weapons) be manufactured in America, and one really easy way to do that is to source the barrels here, so I'm sure we'll be ok, but we very well may need to raise prices ourselves.
Speaking of which, we still haven't moved far enough left around here to get our guns back, have we?
