The number of people I'm trying to network for keeps going up. My sister's grant was renewed in October so she's "fine" for now but her boss isn't convinced they'll keep their approval. I told her to move in with us and get a job up here.
Everyone I know who is sane in Louisiana is extremely worried because they get SO much federal funding for state budget (50% or more) and other support that if it's cut the state government will effectively shutdown.
