well we would have said he "can't" have Matt Gaetz for an AG - and we would have been right. so "who's/what's going to stop him" is the real $64,000 question. he is not infallible and he can't get away with everything but clearly his limit is not the same as it would be with most of us. we'll just have to wait and see
