Failing to see a downside here

Switching to Coke Zero has been a big part of my weight loss because I don’t drink coffee either but I need some caffeine in my life ya know? idk about eight cans a day though that’s a little excessive
Are we talking until open or after? Because the moment I open a can, if I don't have it downed within 2 hours, it's basically inedible. Meanwhile, I can open a bottle and just nurse it over a couple days if I feel like it because sealing the cap makes a hell of a difference on going flat.
Until opened.
I cut back on the amount I drink a long time ago but when I do I want it to be fizzy. In aluminum cans it can last up to a year as long as you store it in a cool dry place.

It’s been a while but from what I remember, table sugar is one fructose molecule bound to one glucose molecule forming a disaccharide. HFCS comes from corn syrup which is all fructose and they add an enzyme to convert some of the fructose into glucose. The final product ends up being something like 42-54% fructose and the rest is glucose and water. Since the molecules aren’t bonded, they are free floating and don’t need to be broken down by the liver to separate them like regular table sugar. At the end of the day, there isn’t that big of a difference health wise between the two. People still need to limit their sugar intake.
Hey a Youtuber I follow just released a video semi-related to this topic, odd coincedence.
but yah I still drink soda. Zero Sugar soda as opposed to Diet which I think the only difference is the Ace K ingredient. I usually wait for good sales around me, for 12 packs, buy 2 get 2 type deals, or buy 2 get 1 free. Back before Covid used to see 4/$12 at Walgreens, but now-adays I consider 4/$16 an amazing deal when I see it, usually the best deals that are common are 3/$14 type deals. Though Walmart almost always has sales for $5 per 12 pack.
water primarily, tea often, coffee irregularly, milk occasionally, alcohol infrequently, juice & soda seldom-to-never, energy drinks never
i have plenty of bad habits but poison water ain't one

I mean it's water, it's neutral. It doesn't taste bad and feels satisfying to drink
Water does taste great. But you have to acquire the taste. And you lose it every time you drink anything that's better lol. Drink one tea, one lemonaide, one soda, it's back to zero
I wouldn't say water tastes great but it is very refreshing. Refresh-ness isn't a flavor, it's a vibe.

Water's flavor is partially psychological I think.
During the day with a meal I would probably say a soda tastes better.
But at 3am getting out of bed to pee, thirsty as hell, nothing tastes better than a nice glass of water.
the fluoride is what makes it taste good so, rip
water tastes good and always has imo

I know Gaetz already had to step aside, but let's put the "lol nothing matters" thesis to the test again
