It had a massive "success" rate in India among other similarly impoverished areas. Not because the drug cured COVID. Rather, it cured the systemic parasitic infections the people who took it had, and gave their immune system the strength to then beat COVID.

Hypothetically they could act in tandem to destroy rapidly dividing cancer cells for different reasons. Ivermectin is basically a neurotoxin (forces cell death) and azoles block cell division.

So yes, hypothetically. In vivo? Nada. Fundamental Attribution Error at its finest.

Pharm companies might be shitty but these drugs are so cheap to make that if they cured stage 4 cancer we'd give them to anybody. I would personally fucking prescribe it if it would keep my patients from dying painful deaths.
