Hype. Going sat
Scores across the board are insane
70MM tickets for tomorrow morning, can't wait.
i liked it, loved the score too
This was very, very good. IMAX is a must
Was the whole movie shot on 70MM like Oppenheimer or just certain scenes?
It’s the first film ever shot entirely on 70MM IMAX cams. Most of the ppl around us had flown in from other cities.
I heard people did that for Oppenheimer. There are only a few IMAX film projectors with 70mm AND the correct aspect ratio of 1.43:1 in the US.
I love my movies but no way im going to spend money to fly in to watch a movie on 70mm lol
Just got back from seeing it. Do I wish Brad Pitt was yelling for Eric Bana outside the gates of Troy? Sure. But all in all great movie.
That was epic as fuck. I am not gonna travel for 70mm IMAX but I will be in NYC in...Oct. Maybe they will still be playing it lol
Want to see it in imax as my local one is a 70mm compliant.
Even 3am weekend showings are either sold out, or front row only seats through next Sunday
Haven't seen an imax film this packed in a long fucking time.

Chattanooga is within reasonable driving from me. I have been to the IMAX there before but with family. They make such a big deal about day trips (who's going to pay for gas, the parking, and all the squawking about politics and church stuff) that it kinda ruins it for me. I'm just going to go by myself and enjoy the experience and the quiet lol.
I think my only complaint about this movie is the size of...

Shortbows are a thing, but ultimately their efficacy depends on make, draw strength requirements, and arrow quality. Fantasy media has probably skewed us more toward the perception of longbows or modern hunting/composite bows.
