Courts hasn't stopped him from doing anything illegal. You think they are going to stop him if he just decides that elections can't be trusted and suspend them. I mean a 9-0 Supreme Court majority flat out said they have to bring that guy back from El Salvador, and they've told the supreme court to fuck off with nothing happening.

They'll just say any states not putting him on the ballot are not following election laws and will just not count them towards the electoral college.

lol you could have said the same shit for ton of stuff he's pulled off in varying ways. Does he have to get on those ballots for re-election? Is there some loophole or loopholes there allowing him to just side step it during a state of emergency or something else? Would we have a successful Jan 6th where congress doesn't ratify whoever actually IS elected and instead the red states just put Trump in anyways?

Obviously a lot of this relies on midterms and if Dems can actually move the needle even slightly in areas
