Yeah, I've seen the opposite. I continue to read accounts of how he's ruined lives and careers. All the evidence seems to point at Kirk being the gross one. With years of direct evidence supporting the claim.

This is basically common practice though. Media trying to connect the dots and see if a broken home was part of the issue. Damn near every shooter brings their family into the spotlight when they are caught.

Those rewards are scams. It's just to get people to snitch. There's so much fine print of what do's and what don'ts and violating literally anything and they can go "nope, we don't have to pay you" that these rewards hardly ever, (if ever at all) get paid out
