i don't feel this was a particularly difficult shot. 200 yard shot you can do with an open iron sight on a 30 year old M16; it's a task anyone going through basic training has done. with modern optics, this would be a cakewalk. i agree with you; should have been able to canoe this jackass's head. still, got the job done though.

Any time you're taking a single shot from a novel position (in this case, elevated relative to the target) there's going to be some uncertainty about bullet drop, especially if you have to set up and shoot quickly.

For sure. But I'd be able to do it an i was never an amazing marksman. My point is it's not a difficult task (it's basic competency really) and you don't need a ballistics computer to do it. Was it schoolwork depository easy? Lol no, that shot a child could make.
