Kate (many weeks ago) went a little unhinged on bluesky calling for fascists and alt-right to be purged. In the wake of the Charlie Kirk shooting, she deleted her socials.
llamatodd (FFXIV streamer now full mask off right winger) and a few others have been trying to link her to the shooting saying posts like hers were responsible

Yeah, Sena Bryer IS trans and was the flashpoint for all of the stuff with DT.

Her work as Wuk Lamat was (tbh, rightfully) panned pretty badly. The ensuing unhinged arguments about it specifically being because she's trans was exhausting and made me completely leave the XIV online community.

It's fun just skimming those comments seeing them claim they were pushing their woke agenda in XIV, but no one, like, actually citing content that on its own was implicitly woke. If anything, I'd argue DT erred toward conservative message relative to history and remembrance while the most "woke" thing about it was just the main city was a melting pot of races on that particular continent. And even then it wasn't always that way until Daddy Ja did his thing. Or maybe they hate tacos. Honestly, we should purge people who hate tacos.

I never had issue with Sena being trans, but I did have issue with the performance. Sena and the character Wuk Lamat was just bad. Anyone questioning the quality of either was labeled transphobe and vilified.
