You can't, simultaneously, argue that Dems refuse to break norms when Republicans do, and argue breaking norms that Republicans initially broke isn't "breaking norms".

These posts are incompatible with a coherent argument. "Dems play by rules, they can't do what the GOP does. Also, the Dems will do what the GOP does and it's normal". That is the dumbest thing I've read.

You can't, simultaneously, argue that allowing GOP to do these things will "royally fuck them" when a Dem takes charge and then say your comment about breaking the norms was just undoing those things. Not actually doing any of the things the GOP is doing.

This goes back to your original post of why there isn't any GOP outrage. This is why. The worst the Dems will do is undo -some- of what they have done. They won't actually turn any of this back on the GOP which is what your earlier posts were insinuating. Obviously I get now that your idea of Dems creating upheaval is the most mild and obvious things they can and should do.

FCC chair is an executive appointee. The ONLY reason they're able to do what they're doing is because they're extorting their wants for various FCC approvals.

That is clearly an executive function that can be done and undone until some media station grows balls and takes it to court.

I am giving you the biggest eye roll imaginable. I was misquoted and people made assumptions about my post that simply said

Dems have no choice, they'll have to abandon the party politics of the past to simply BEGIN to reverse the damage caused in the next 3 years.

That's not an opinion pal. Dems will have to break from their previous positions. Pointing out the next admin could also threaten regulatory roadblocks is also a fact. Even included the caveat of a court ruling against it. Sorry you read more into than I actually wrote.
