Will people like Nitsuki ever admit theyre bigoted and wrong when they make bad assumptions? No, no they will not. And that's why it's okay to call them out every single time they spout their bigoted nonsense.

The absolute best parkour scene ever.
Punisher shooting that parnkour queer with a missile.
Clay Higgins is talking about social media purges and IRL consequences for people who make light of the assassination. They are not letting this tragedy go to waste
I still think it's kind of crazy how many pages we talked about trans people and it wasn't even a trans person who did the murder. And the people complaining about it the most won't ever acknowledge it.
Charlie Kirk is assassinated right in the neck and immediately we start talking about transgender people in the bathroom. I fucking hate this timeline

That's why we never accomplish anything anymore. You're all too easily distracted into arguing with retards.
Something happens and they go "queers are reading books to kids" and you all go apeshit forgetting everything else. It's ridiculous how easily the smallest key jiggling works now.
Does anybody actually care what the motive was? The right has made it abundantly clear that they aren’t going to let the truth get in their way on this.
The why doesn’t matter - whether it’s mental illness or a false flag or a trans vigilante or a chaos agent. The fact that it led to a political assassination in broad daylight in front of an audience is what matters.
And thus all the points were made. Y'all were arguing with a liberal for like 10 pages. I have never been more glad to have an intense workday that kept me out of the fora.
At least half the country is less liberal than that.
I had nothing to do with Nitsuki and have said nothing re: the shooter being trans or it mattering. I started posting like 2 pages later when Madeline portrayed the trans community as just wanting to be left alone, which I politely pushed back on. I did bring up bathrooms and pronouns as examples of how the community wants society to change to accommodate them - I used the words ‘reshape society;’ I understand in hindsight that those words imply enormous radical change. To be entirely clear, I agree that these are trivial changes to implement and nobody who is engaging in good faith with the community should refuse them. However, half the country completely loses their minds over this shit, and they are also part of society. My point is that if you are going to refuse to engage with people who aren’t 100% on board to begin with, you are never going to grow your coalition, never going to make this country safe for trans people, and are never going to reconcile with the other half of the country. I won’t even argue that they’re not to blame! But do you want trans kids to be safe, or do you just want to be smug on the internet?
Homey, YOU were the one who was unreasonable and lost your mind when you brought up reshaping society. Thank you for admitting it, most adults would never, but a part of growing and learning from this is accepting your part in it. Everyone else did NOTHING wrong and was only responding to -your- assertion that society was reshaping itself; which is something ludicrous that a person like Charlie Kirk would say to further divide the country. This wasn't a misunderstanding, we perfectly understood your words and it was only much later in the future that you recognize your words maybe don't reflect how you truly feel.
Well maybe they don't. But words have meaning, and I definitely can't read your mind. But yeah, thanks for rejoining everyone else in a just and fair society. I apologize for saying you hate trans people.

I appreciate you engaging in good faith and the apology. I agree that words matter and my choice was not great - but I continued to engage in good faith and took as much care as I could not to insult or denigrate anyone. Several posters here failed that test, so I wouldn’t go so far as to say that nobody else did anything wrong in this exchange.
