    Edit : yeah Mark Walter bought them for about 10 billion less than 2 years ago and now flipped them for 12 billion

    Not quite the numbers I mentioned before, Walter owns around 78% of the Lakers so the Kushner/Iger group is buying that portion for around 9.5ish billion.

    Still an absurd amount of money

    Walter is also under federal investigation for fraud totalling around 21 billion which I'm sure is totally unrelated
