Jerry gets his own title as he's the worst owner and gm combination. Plus his antics help keep the NFCEastMemeWar reddit going, so that has to count as a bit of a positive in his name.

Jerry is dumb for a lot of reasons, but if a player is unhappy he won't stranglehold to keep them. He's much more player friendly than other owners/gms... that's honestly one of his downfalls. He'll keep dudes waaaaay too long instead of cutting bait before their bodies break. Jerry will go down with that ship (see: Jason Witten, Tyron Smith, Zack Martin, etc)

He's not like Belichick and ship you out to the Browns out of spite. If he keeps you he pays you a lot (too much), and if he trades you it'll be to a contender (for less draft capital then they should receive)
