every year they say it’s sirianni’s offense and whoever he hires as OC just runs his offense

the reason why they were successful in 2022 was because it was still relatively new and that was hurts coming out year, and last year moore was actually competent after the early part of the year because he made adjustments (specifically in the run game)

he keeps hiring his staff failsons from within (johnson, petullo) and they probably just run the exact same shit when they were staffers with no thought about gameplan or modifications. they interviewed goedert after the game about how the bears are one of the worst teams covering tight ends and he said that never came up in gameplan (he’s probably lying, but whatever)

even if they fire petullo it’s going to be someone else on staff who is just going to parrot the same plays, including sirianni if he just says he’s taking over play calling
