Us trying to come up with new Chuck Norris memes during convoys in Iraq in 2006-7 will always hold a special place in my heart.
And they sprout again.
Chuck Norris died 20 years ago. The reaper finally built up the courage to take him today.Chuck Norris departed this world because he got bored and decided to challenge the next world. They are not prepared.
We'll always have the best bit in the history of late night television: when NBC and Universal merged in 2004 and Conan debuted with the Walker Texas Ranger lever.
And the very best of them all:
two days ago if you asked me how old chuck norris was i would have been way off
I had guessed 75 so me too lol
He already looked middle aged in Way of the Dragon and that was 54 years ago
My favorite film he starred in was Breaker Breaker. A career defining movie.
I've always thought it would be neat if there was some way to see movies that came out before I was born, maybe someday.

Yeah, unfortunately just like news about actors, there's just no way to go back find out.
I have mixed feelings about this one. I grew up watching his movies and really enjoyed Walker. I wanted to take Karate as a kid and Chuck Norris movies and The Karate Kid were major reasons why. (I was never allowed too by my parents) He did a lot of philanthropic work, donated to charities, encouraged kids to stay off drugs and learn marital arts.
But on the other hand I hate what he became in later life. I guess I don't have to explain to people here. I wonder if he had always been like that? It bothers me that I may have been looking up to a racist when I was a kid.
Yah it always sucks to learn a childhood hero turned out to have some pretty awful views. I dont remember anything about the Chuck Norris drama and probably wont look it up, was never too attached to him and dont know him from much except the memes.
But I'd argue the bad he's done doesn't automatically invalidate the good he did too, you kind of have to weigh each on their own. Like most people, there were good and bad sides to him, and you can acknowledge, condemn, or praise, respectively.
If you're curious...Spoiler: show
Watch Conan pull the lever a few more times as a palate cleanser.
Didn't Colbert use the same gag on his debut episode as a late night host?
Speaking of which, Nicholas Brendon (Buffy) died. 54 years old. He lived just a bit longer than the revival.
He has an identical twin brother who is also an actor soooo, quite easy to bring Xander back someday!
rip Xander. dude had a lot of demons but was part of something special
Another provider of beloved entertainment who really was not a great person.
