Michael Caputo has become the first claimant of Trump's slush fund. He is seeking $2.7M.

Caputo, who was a spokesperson for the Department of Health and Human Services during President Donald Trump’s first term, says he was the target of “Crossfire Hurricane” — an FBI investigation into whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russian efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

Caputo posted a letter on X addressed to acting Attorney General Todd Blanche saying that “the machinery of government was clearly politically weaponized against my family from July 2016 to December 2025.”

“They found nothing; we lost everything,” he added.

I do find it amusing that his team has absolutely cracked the code with him the same way anybody living with an elderly relative has.

They print out memes on paper and show them to him and post it (or not) based on his reaction. He even has an attractive young blonde chick as his private aide that does this for him and glazes him 24/7.

If I could desire anything to come out of this admin that's realistic it would be a post mortem down the line where we find out just how much he's actually deciding himself, coming up with, etc. You gotta imagine it's next to nothing, right?

The slightly less on-the-edge take from this stuff is that they're banking on enough people to think this, fall into the throes of doomer apathy, and stay home.

They want you to see nothing but a constant stream of terrible people partying, celebrating. Being rewarded for picking the "right" side. They want you to feel hopeless and stay home.

Aimee Bock, the founder of Feeding Our Future, has been sentenced to 41 years in prison and is ordered to pay $243M in restitution. FOF is the catalyst for sending ICE to Minnesota.

Prosecutors had been seeking a hefty sentence of 50 years to set an example for her “brazen” and “staggering” crimes, though her attorney had sought a three-year sentence, highlighting that she cooperated with the government to help convicted her co-conspirators.

Per the Star Tribune, Bock’s lawyer argued during sentencing that Bock benefitted personally to the tune of $1.2 million, a small portion of the total fraud, and argued a sentence several decades long would be disproportionate to the level of her crimes.

It is the biggest sentence handed down in the Feeding Our Future case so far, with the next highest being the 28-year sentence for Abdiaziz Farah, who claimed around $47 million of payments via business, Empire Cuisine & Deli in Shakopee.
