I saw that and laughed. My geriatric ass recovering from full disk replacement surgery of my c5/c6 is doing 10 pound overhead dumbbell presses in physical therapy and he looks like he's dying doing 25.

I tried strict form pushups last week and did 36. I can (barely) do 3 sets of 9 of 82.5 lb (each) dumbbell bench.
