Wife and I have collectively lost around 65lbs since January on Retatrutide. I dropped from 185 to 155 (then back up to 160 when I thought I was looking a bit gaunt).
Wife dropping baby weight like an anchor.

Trump put a wall around The Mall
At 185 pounds, I look like I have an eating disorder. Being 6'4" with a little amount of muscle, that weight is just too lean for my frame. I'm currently 205 pounds with a 32-inch waist, which still only puts me at a 24.5 BMI. Honestly, I think waist-to-shoulder ratio is a much better indicator of health and physique for people who work out regularly than weight itself.
That's ozempic buddy. It's definitely a miracle drug, but the side effects on the first gen of these medications was really terrible, especially at the higher end of the allowable dosages. Tirzepetide is way better, and retatrutide is the best as far as side effects go from what I've seen. Going from ozempic to retatrutide has been a world of difference for me.
I'm 5'11, floating between 175 and 180 after about twoish years on this stuff. I lost a total of 50 lb. I was too fat before to really understand but at my height to look actually "skinny" I'd have to get down to like 165 (I used to think I'd look great at 190 or 185). Instead, I'm just trying to build muscle and look like the good kind of fat people don't mind looking at cuz like Tyche I think I will look too gaunt if I dropped any more weight.

I never heard sleep issues from GLP. I guess that explains my sleep problems. I was chalking it up to having significantly less body padding and my comfort under different amounts of blankets having lost so much mass.
This is not about you guys because I assume you are all vaccinated.
But it's funny how people won't take approved covid vaccines but will jump at the chance to inject themselves to lose some fat.
Ya'll, and my real-life friends, got me feeling like the only person not on a weight loss shot.
No one I know (including myself) is on a GLP shot, including my fiance's father who really ought to be.
But I'm also 6'4 and 190 lbs so if anything I could use the opposite of a GLP because trying to gain these last 10 pounds to hit 200 has been a struggle without it being 10 pounds of nothing but fat. I spent the entire winter trying to bulk from 180 to 200 and I'm already at the weight I was going to cut to for the summer.
