Also I'm had an interesting interaction with a patient. Avid fox newser. Trump voter. Got told she was going to eliquis daily to eliquis twice daily, at a 4 figure per month cost. Her response was "it'd be nice if he's do something for us instead of other countries". This is not an individual I would call intelligent, but still understood what was happening despite living in an echo chamber. Healthcare and economies are going to come crashing down around that entire party.

There's a reason most conservatives are staunchly religious. Following a higher authority/power without question is the way you should lead your life. They only read the Old Testament, which is why the concept of Jesus and love are so foreign to them. It's not really a new concept, forcing everyone else to engage with their Dom/sub kinks is annoying though. If those people were honest and open about their sexual desires 80% of our problems would be gone. Maybe 70%, the other 20-30% comes from literacy issues.
