I met Sam before his company really took off, and I remember having a conversation with him about this very topic. We even got into the specifics about the dangers of AI being granted the ability to make lethal decisions autonomously, and how that's almost as alarming as allowing those decisions to be shaped by government-defined standards.

The person I spoke with that day is no longer here. It's left me doing some real soul-searching. I find myself asking: what's my number? How much money would it take before I start compromising my own values? And more troubling, at what point does accumulated wealth stop being enough and instead become the very thing that pushes someone to grasp for even more, even if it means lending support to an administration with authoritarian tendencies?

Looks like Grok, ChatGPT, & Google Gemini have been given shared access to unclassified systems. At the time of this article, Grok was the only one allowed into the classified systems.
