It's honestly 50/50 whether he was swapped out or not. He was secretly removed from his cell the night before (this is confirmed), and we already know how none of the official reports on his death are accurate. They've been caught red handed lying consistently about his death numerous times, but now with this new evidence out I'm leaning towards they swapped him out for another person.

Dozens if not hundreds of DoJ lawyers have had access to the unredacted version of these docs for years and we're still finding out new salacious shit. A conspiracy is just people getting together to do something, which is basically what work is too.
