He won't. The 2.5ish million he's due from the Titans is guaranteed and whatever a team pays him is prorated from that money.

He'll make that 2.5 mil this year but whatever team he goes to is going to pay the minimum. It's the same scenario (though way less money) that we saw recently with guys like Tua or Kyler.
