tom pelissero believes simpson will go in the top 16 which puts the fins, rams, and jets in play

it kind of makes sense because a lot of people seem to think there's only 10 or so 1st round graded players, but there are like 50 2nd round graded players. if all the 1st round graded players are gone by 11, the qb is going to get a bump compared to the rest of these other players with similar grades
