Supposedly the Tigers wanted Logan Henderson + top 100 minor leaguers from the Brewers, so I'm very glad we didn't make that trade.

Why we have to give up WAY more than the Dodgers did I'll never understand, but I wouldn't have traded Logan Henderson straight up for 2 months of Skubal.

But it comes down to the Brewers having to value their prospects more than the Dodgers have to value theirs - cost controlled young stars are just way more valuable to a small market team, the Dodgers can buy a good player in free agency instead.

It's almost hard to watch, you can't track the ball as well from his hand to the catcher when he's throwing heat, you kinda just have to look directly at the catcher.
