It’s sounding more and more like the Visions are essentially FFVI Espers. You equip them and can summon them, and they give you abilities/spells you can permanently learn if use them long enough. They won’t be gacha and instead will be found in the world thru quests and exploration.

Yeah, after loving Octopath 0, I'm all for this new trend. I really don't want to support gacha games, but I'll gladly buy them if they make them non-gross monetization games.
