They are likely worried if they treat him the way Fox News/Newsmax treats every Dem politician, they'll lose access to participate in the press corps.

The point is that they should be willing to, to stand up for their own integrity as journalists in the free press.

I know why they won't; it's because they're for profit organizations and losing an opportunity to make money is worse than forfeiting all of your ethical standards these days.

It's how the admin works with everyone. Any push back is met with extreme escalation, threats, and a whole army of goons behind the scenes willing to do whatever they're asked. Same reason judges cower before them and refuse to hold anybody in contempt or put actual charges or jail time on any of these ghouls. They know they and their families will be in serious danger and that is a priority to them over the integrity of the system.

It's the most fundamental and obvious proof of the system being totally broken. Nothing matters anymore if all the government has to do is say "make me bitch" and every mechanism falls apart because no one actually will make them.
