Capcom has a showcase scheduled for September 17th at 10 AM ET featuring the Ascendance expansion for MH:W, SF6, Dragon's Dogma II: Dark Arisen, Mega Man: Dual Override, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, & PRAGMATA.

PC Gaming Showcase is set for September 20th at 12 PM ET. Confirmed games, so far, are Stronghold 4, Virtue and a Sledgehammer, & Tenebris Somnia.

21 years since the last mainline entry, 27 since the last one released in English.

Much as I'd like a new entry or a retro throwback, I really do not see Konami making a new Goemon, beyond maybe a follow-up to that collection from two months ago that only covered the NES/GB/SNES entries.

Shame the Steam version of that collection was a region-locked storepage. I had to import a Switch copy instead. Konami, slap a Japanese-only disclaimer on it and accept the free money from oversea fans ffs.

Curious to see more about what's going on with this version, since the trailer for it teased very little other than it's coming to PS5, and might be a remix of the campaign alongside grander bug encounters?

That's just the thing. I'd be fine with that collection being translated to English. Or the N64 one being on Nintendo online in English.
