I think this will be better off if it told a story in a Cyberpunk 2077 world rather than it adapting anything from it. Similar to Edgerunners.

However, a film is too short to be able to adapt anything significant. They could do one of the gigs/quests from the game I suppose.

Hmm they could twist it up though and make it first person view film? Like Hardcore Henry. So it'll be like the game lol

If they end up implementing/adapting Johnny Silverhand into the film though, I think they should get Keanu Reeves for the job
