I gotta admit, when I was in PT with 'dori, he tanked more than Liltwin (NIN) did, I was impressed, didn't know MNKs are capable of such a feat.

Anyother servers out there have monks with PERFECT, and i mean PERFECT counter gear(inc muscle +1, countercross, rings earrings, AF2 counterstance enhancing boots, everything) and tried to tank something like cassie or serket or even something harder?

yea ondori there's this one guy, don't know his name, but he's this INSANE jp monk on hades. i looked over all his equipment, he has +13 counter, and then when he has 'latent effect' on, he has an extra +7 o_O. here's his equip list:

cross-counters (counter +5)
rasetsu jinpachi +1 (counter +1)
avenger's earring (counter +1)
kampfer earring (latent effect: counter +5)
rasetsu samue +1 (counter +1)
rasetsu tekko +1 (counter +1)
kampfer ring (latent effect: counter +2)
muscle belt +1 (counter +2)
aikido koshita (counter +2)
melee gaiters (enhances "counterstance" effect)

anyways, i saw him as MAIN tank for fafnir a few days ago. his record for countering was 27 hits in a row @_@. that was only during his insanely lucky streak after he used counterstance. usually (w/out counterstance) he was countering about 12-15 hits in a row at best, but bear in mind this is faffy we're talking about. after they won the fight i was pissed i didn't have fraps on to record a video >.<
