That's not the point. The point is while you are "expressing your freedom", you're hindering my right to enjoy the game, which is a violation of the rules. There has actually been cases where people were put in gm jail/suspended for leveling their enhancing/healing magic on others in town.

Wow, usually just enjoy reading threads here but after this long fiasco, I'll just put my input.
Seems the S/B rdms did an awful thing.
S/B felt BG were using voke bots so they spam cure on them and KB poped while they did it...that sounds like they were hindered in their attempt.
Even if their chances of claiming was like 10%, what S/B members did were inexcusable.
BG has every right to reaact the way they did. If this had happened to my linkshell I would sure enough do everything I can to spread the word of what happened.
BG having a popular website used it to their advantage in making sure everyone knew of what happened.
Trying to defend what the S/B members did by saying they thought BG members were voke botting or that BG is using it as a scapegoat for failing to voke KB or saying that if BG hadn't posted the pics then this person would've been kicked are excuses and lame ones at that which basicly says,
S/B knows their members did something wrong which indeed blimished their name.
As LS member's S/B will defend themselves using any tactics they can.
S/B won't do anything to punish the individuals involved.

In short, the S/B members involved were rude and disrespectful and BG has every right to post and show their outrage especially after showing kindness to an ls who downright didn't deserve it.

I'm sad to see where this thread has gone, that it's boiled down to empty "I can fuck you up in real" threats and baseless "YOU PHOTOSHOPPED THOSE PICS" accusations. It sucks that less than a week after Mrwatermonkey told me he wanted there to be no more of this kind of crap between BG and Anbu, it had to be rekindled at Kbehi Sunday morning.

It sucks that the next time we're ever competing for an NM pull with Anbu there's going to be tension, whereas if this had never happened I bet we would have progressed toward a friendly rivalry, like we have with the LSes that normally camp KB, Aspid, and Nidhogg. We aren't bitter about losing to them - we have on quite a regular basis since June - we're able to have open dialogue free of hostility with every JP LS who hunts the hardest HNMs. If they never saw our search comments, our bazaar comments, or our rare misses into /say in English, they probably wouldn't even know we were gaijins. We haven't turned the competitive endgame that was once 100% Japanese into a cesspool of unethical practice, every claim we've won has been fair and square. I'd like to think we've actually made a positive contribution to the endgame as we have respected every random, never fucked with JP pullers (who have up the past month have been the only rivals) and accepted many a loss when we've been outpulled, sometimes after having camped NQ for a week or more with no rivals, to have JP show up the next day and claim HQ.

Now that there are more NA LSes entering competitive endgame, will the ethic remain? If uncivil events like these three RDMs changing provokers' targets continue, and their supporters continueto try to justify it with lies like "PHOTOSHOPPED!" then yes, the Bahamut endgame that has remained stable and fair among us having represented all NAs hunting the major three NMs for over half a year is finished; endgame HNM hunts will resemble no more than gilsellers MPKing each other over Amemet. On the other hand, if civil events like Mrwatermonkey, Worldx, and myself agreeing to/respecting a random can keep happening, or Tomodachi being reasonable with logs and handing back a claimed NM, then endgame competition will stay 'clean.'

We've proven ourselves to be fair. Ask any LS leader against whom we've competed. We've respected the ethics that the endgame has been used to for more than 3 years. I can remember Ed teaching us what not to do, saying "PG will think it's gay" or something funny like that, and we never did. The next step is for the NA LSes who have recently begun to hunt the most popular and competitive HNMs to follow suit and keep the playing field fair. It's in the hands of your members' actions.

KB is the only HNM we couldn't claim yet and what happened there made me really sad, because my timezone sucks and I waisted my time there for something that not worth to talk about again.

I have BG events before/during my sleep time, school after it and work after school. There is no time for jokes with me, just don't do that again.

Cravy, if I remember correctly, a large chunk of your LS very much dislikes you, and a large chunk of the Phoenix population does as well.
