Dynamis Lord Strategy??

There's not really a whole lot of information to keep secret except for what strategy your particular LS might use to win. But the general strategy is usually the same, with variations depending on what jobs you have and such. All I'm saying is that if an LS can beat Dynamis Lord using a DPS strategy, there's no reason why they won't be doing it again and again and again, so it's different from something like Nidhogg where you can wipe because you get darters on the pull, or Jormungand where you get spike flailed because of hate issues that you can't control.

i'm curious, have you killed dynamis lord or all three wyrms?

there is, without a doubt, a certain amount luck involved in both. if dynamis lord decides to call ying+yang back and they voidsong right before oblivion smash, there's not a whole lot your army of rangers and rdm/drks can do about it. if vrtra decides to charm, then roar, then roar and flails during rage mode theres not much you can do about it. yes you can try to handle it as well as you can, but then it comes down to skill right? not blind numbers.

We wiped to dynamis lord with stun dps tactic, both rdm stuns got resist/no effect at same time and oblivion smash. Killed the rdm's and then summoned ying/yang and wasnt whole lot we could do.

ahh.. lost Wednesday around 15% (as you can see on the previous shot), worked on positioning and timing for tonight and won First win for any NA on Fenrir, let alone a full group of NAs. We had zero deaths XD

Edit: We didn't have a lot of RNGs (5), but the ones we had pulled a lot of weight

Our reactions were pretty similar. We were also the first NAs to beat Dynamis Lord^^ Ours wasn't as clean as yours and we did have quite a few deaths, but it was still so rewarding.

Omega Weapon in FF8 is not skill, get enough ways to keep yourself Invincible and you'll wipe the floor. 'course, when I did Omega I got Lionheart off like 3 times in a row <.< Still, besides that point.

Ozma...is a joke, don't know how you deem that to be biased on luck <.< Hell, I kill Emerald Weapon in FF7 using technically only 7 character rounds of attacks :D Going in with Lucky 7's effect rules :D

Omega Weapon is skill, and kinda fast reactions cause if you can't keep yourself alive through items and damage him you're fucked. Even what you said donates that Omega takes some skill. I got Lionheart of quite a few times, raping Aura is fun.

Ozma, trust me, is LUCK, he took me out in 2 rounds before, after a few tries of luck, I killed him easily because he decided to go retard on me.


Lucky 7 sucks, Quad'ing Knights of the round with w-summon a couple times owns >.>

The problem with Quad Summoning on him is he likes to spam that lethal attack if you do, so unless you have Final Attack-Revive or Phoenix attached to almost every character, it's going to pose a problem. For him I always preferred the FA-Phoenix b/c it'd cause damage at the same time and more than likely revive my entire team XD

...I think I beat Ozma first try, been soooo long since I did that I can't remember anymore, all I know is that I did something with one of those jewels to change Carbuncle's summoning effect to produce a better array in using him so it'd actually be useful. Rest I have no idea unfortunately @.x

Edit: Ruby weapon is the biggest joke if you attach MPDrain-Knights of Round and HPDrain-Master Summon. You will always fully heal each time you use it :D

Lol, yeah, now it came back to me, I had a character with w-quad summon (8 knight's in a row ftw) and another or possibly the same character with FA-phoenix. He only hits for like 7000-8000 so I could get off some heals before dying, if I was going to. I had as well the other 2 characters doing some crazy shit, limit breaks and more summoning most likely. Man been a while since I played ffvii/i/ix

But yeah, first time I fought ozma was a joke, or mostly just a test of strength, I think I lasted a little while before getting raped. Ruby is a joke compared to Emerald, cause of all the master materia you get. Dodging Ultima always felt good XD

Hahaha, i've done that with Cloud before, got Finishing Touch and Aeris' level 4 Limit Break on disk 1. Those were the good days, when Squaresoft was actually a good company. Not spouting shit like FFX(-2) FFXII (I can tell it's not gonna be good) and the lack of care for FFXI. I pray to god they don't fuck up Kingdom Hearts 2...
