Not in a HNMls anymore, don't have to be nice to the other people(linkshells) I don't like. The LS I was in, had the policy that when a other LS starts something we were not allowed to say anything. Well... We would be a KB, fafnir, or what ever camp with 2-4 other LS... And in /say they sometimes would talk mad shit about us. We always stood there and took it.. Theres more too it then that, they would post on their ls forums about us and stuff.. Now that im not in the HNMls anymore, there isent much point in playing this game other then MPKing people I don't like (not to mention the billion other very bad things iv done).

Gludd seems to always watch Fafnir these days.

One day I was watching a Fafnir fight when some JP's claimed it. Some NA HNMLS on my server that is rapidly gaining a reputation of MPKing and Stealing has constantly placed a whm of theres directly behind Fafnir/Nidhogg. No one knows if the GM was called, but for whatever reason, this happened.

To put it shortly. There was a botter at Temp. Uggalepih. I tested it out with a Tonberry Pursuer. I purposely got aggroed by running around it, went inside the room, and a Galka named Oshoso voked it as soon as it came in his sight. Then he zoned it. This happened like 20 more times when I continously brought some other mobs to be sure that he was botting. So I called a GM.









I want Gludd. That GM was a living piece of shit.

Is there any reason why GM's can not check logs for the following on "Grief Tactics" ??

You guys know this could have adverse effects on GM Gludd, but yeah telling a SGM that she sucks and going on and on about Gludd might endanger his job somehow.

I seriously bealive that GM Gludd is one of the only good GM's in this game, Because he does care about whats going on, and he does go out of his way to physically observe actions. Alot of gm's just say "we'll look into it" meaning they will check the logs, and then decide from there , but sometimes they get swamped with calls and never get around to it. Gludd is such a good GM because he takes his time to come SEE whats going on, giving the players confidence in his Gm...ness. Not to mention he's just a really cool guy.

But seriously guys we can worship GM Gludd all we want but don't be bitching to the SGM about him being god... man.. that just might get him slapped by some stupid "Restraining" order where you can't deal with the problems the way that he is now. I don't think anyone wants that.

Anyways, Gludd man I hope you read this, because we really do appreciate you , and hope you stay our GM of the people until the day that FFXI becomes Rancid.

Eh, from what I've seen, players seem to like Gludd the best because he seems to relate with players the most while not violating any rules. I kinda feel sorry for Thalina though, looks like he/she's been called a bunch of crap recently by players, although he/she doesn't exactly seem to relate to players much.

Maybe if SE would try to appear more human when addressing our concerns in general, be it through news or GMs responding to player calls, maybe players would lighten up a bit with the complaints that SE doesn't do anything. It gets kind of old to see every GM say the exact same line 'we'll look into the matter', almost regardless of situation. And while they say they have their own methods of finding out if (insert player name here) is botting or doing something else wrong, pretty much any response short of banning the player is never seen by other players, so to them it looks like nothing at all has been done to investigate/punish the player.

Funny thing is I've never seen this side of Thalina before, she's been noted on Fairy server as having a desktop image on her computer (as confirmed by Gludd) of her standing on a dead gilseller waving :D Guess everyone has an opposite side eh?

GM is just custoemr service.... Most of them do the script and meet the bare minimal requirements on calls. Gluud seems to do what makes people happy and seems to care more about it. I worked for 4 years as CS for Cingular wireless. I did what was needed to fix issues but Cingular did not like that... Most CS is band-aiding. Band-aid the immediate issue and leave.

As far as Gludd getting in trouble... as long as he doesnt break rules he is fine. He might get watched more but he probably does anyways since he seems to be a more memorable Rep.

What i find humorous is seeing SS of the same GM from differant people at differant times and places.... The same GM says one thing then changes story later. I have seen where they say they cannot do anything for holding then turn around and say that its wrong and against rules. Overall the person answering call will be differant tha nanyone else but should remain the same even on a differant call. Its like one day they are nice then lazy then rude. Provoking GMs is not smart but making simple tactful observations are fun.

I like how the SS shows only one option for them to answer. It's like being asked: Do you want to get shot in the face? and the only options you are given, Let me think about it and No... and no matter what answer you pick, you'll be shot in the face regardless.
