whats the difference in region and windy conquest points... how does it affect your conquest points gain... do they cancel out or is region higher or same thing... help me out.

determines if you can do OP quest there/price of OP port, certain equip, etc..

nvm i found the answer to my own question after i got home for work...

region moghancments puts more points to your country for control over the region.


and windy conquest is well known i wont explain that.
