Hello Blue Gartr,

This is Deltina, Halie's in-game "sister". My council, Gokuhan, Alim, Zandter, Tildaor, some of whom you may know, informed me that you as well are mourning the loss of our best friend.

We'd like to invite you all to a memorial service we're preparing for Halie. It will most likely take place on the roof of the Bastok Metalworks, by the President's Office.

Heck, I just talked to her 3 days ago. This still doesn't seem real...
