What do you do with the birds? Train them to hunt, do movies, shows, etc?

Mostly pets for hunting and Game shows. Its pretty amazing having 2000+ people watch you play chase with a piece of beef on a long string.

Birds diving down at 60+ Mph is pretty jaw dropping for most people

Yeah I went to this bird show once in upstate new york and it was amazing watching those birds swoosh down like that.
