In these situations, one can honestly never be too cautious. The statements have been made to both parties. Now, you gotta hope you don't have to go to jail for beating the snot out of some kid. Trillian logs conversations and I found it very, very strange that she started coming home like an hour or two late every day. Also, Every time I passed her room she minimized the IM windows very fast and shit so I told her to step to the side and started reading the logs that dated back a week or so.
